Can I request mold testing without remediation?
Yes. Choose mold testing in the request form and describe the concern. We can discuss surface or air sampling, lab reporting, and appropriate next steps for your property.
Can you coordinate around tenants or a property sale?
Tell us about occupancy, access contacts, transaction deadlines, and any reports already available. We’ll discuss scheduling and the scope of work before work begins.
